Where it All Began
Heighten Realty was founded in Jacksonville, Florida, by Luis & Leanna Rivera. Their vision was to form a real estate brokerage, capable of offering higher levels of proficiency, care and professionalism than what was common in today’s real estate industry.
Leanna Rivera (Broker/Owner), a native Floridian, was born in Jacksonville. Her husband, Luis Rivera (Co-Owner) is from Bayamon, Puerto Rico. They have lived in the First Coast for over 20 years now and both speak fluent Spanish and English.
They have shared the same passion for business since college and maintain that passion to this day. Their combined experience in Business Administration, Residential & Commercial Property Management, Insurance Claims Adjusting and Real Estate Sales, paved their way to open their own agency in 2021.
Their future plans include building on their foundation, growing their team with agents who share the same values, and continuing to evolve with the ever-changing needs of their clients.
