Where it All Began
Founded in Jacksonville, Heighten Realty was born out of a desire to redefine the traditional real estate experience. Co-founders Leanna and Luis Rivera established the brokerage on a foundation of diverse industry experience—combining background in business management, insurance, property leasing, operations, and full-spectrum real estate sales.
